How can the BPCE Towers contribute to relations with our customers?

I’m struck by the reactions of our customers, some of whom come from afar. The first, and a spontaneous one, is their astonishment at the exceptional view of Paris and the whole of the Île de France region. Many of them also underline the configuration of our offices and how it guarantees quality of life at work and transversality, at a time when societal changes triggered by the Covid crisis are questioning the return to office working. They clearly recognize that the configuration of our working spaces facilitates collaborative working, a factor in improving the quality of service. And lastly, they appreciate that our respect for environmental quality lends credibility to our commitment as a responsible actor.

How is the WELL program viewed from Hong Kong or New York?

The international teams appropriated the WELL program in entrepreneurial fashion, by adapting it to local realities. Our Asia-Pacific platform, for example, which might seem to be something of a patchwork, worked on the harmonization aspect so as to embody managerial unity. In London, Natixis IM and Natixis CIB will be working on the same premises at end-2023. And our Madrid site goes further, by bringing together Communauté BPCE entities (BPCE Lease and Pramex International) and the Natixis Partners Iberia (NPI) M&A boutique.

Did specific needs have to be taken into account?

Some activities, such as the trading desks, needed specific facilities. The reception rooms designed to receive our customers and the group’s management were planned in order to take account of the needs expressed in terms of confidentiality in particular, and also to accommodate different visiting delegation formats, all in a warm environment. But overall harmony between the different floors was also well respected.
